Inspection Comments |
INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE (PIC) OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I SPOKE WITH THE PIC ABOUT THEIR POLICIES RELATING TO THEIR DELIVERY/PICK-UP OPTIONS, AND THEY HAVE STATED THAT THEY RECENTLY REVISED THEIR OPERATIONAL PRACTICES TO ENSURE WINGSTOP EMPLOYEES FILL DRINK ORDERS. THEY ARE AWARE OF THE COMPLAINT AND WILL NO LONGER HAVE DELIVERY DRIVERS FILL DRINK ORDERS.
I INFORMED THE PIC OF THE PROPER FOOD HANDLING EXPECTATIONS AND WE HAVE COME TO AN AGREEMENT REGARDING EXPECTED PRACTICES. THIS INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED ALONGSIDE THE FACILITY'S ORIGINAL INSPECTION. DURING THIS TIME, I OBSERVED WINGSTOP EMPLOYEES FILL DRINK ORDERS AND PROVIDE PRE-PACKAGED ORDERS A DELIVERY SERVICE. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED. |
